Erpro 3D Factory
E.Y.E by Chanel
E.Y.E, the new ultra-personalized service from Chanel Parfums Beauté, is the new range of 3D printed mascaras by Erpro 3D Factory.
After Le Volume Revolution de Chanel launched last year, this project is the second step in the collaboration between Chanel & Erpro 3D Factory.
Express your ego
The Chanel “Express Your Ego” E.Y.E service is an ultra-personalized service. With the help of a Chanel consultant in store and an application on a tablet, E.Y.E allows the mascara consumer to find the brush that best meets these expectations, for eyelash makeup, from a collection of 10 exclusive brushes .
This exclusive collection follows the launch of Chanel’s mascara Le Volume Revolution with the first brush in additive manufacturing printed on an industrial scale at Erpro 3D Factory.
Industrial scale production
by Erpro 3D Factory
Erpro 3D Factory, a start-up founded by Erpro group, specializes in additive mass production. Since its creation in 2017, Erpro 3D Factory has printed 17 million parts in additive manufacturing with 15 machines that can work 24/7, these machines notably print Chanel mascaras. Specializing in parametric design, Erpro 3D Factory has redesigned a dozen exclusive brushes for the E.Y.E service, then launched the production of these new innovative applicators.
As with Le Volume Révolution de Chanel, the E.Y.E brush applicator is made of polyamide, made from castor oil. Used in a wide range of applications, due to its many properties (chemical resistance, mechanical resistance), Erpro 3D Factory is one of the first French companies to use biosourced PA 11 for additive manufacturing.
The powder, manufactured in Arkema’s factories, was notably honored through an “Made in France” exhibition on January 20, 2020 at the Elysée in France, which brought together the 120 most innovative products in the know- make french.
